Last night was most definitely a night to remember!

On Tuesday evening (August 30th), industry professionals and the best artists in country music came together in their finest clothes for the 10th Annual ACM Honors at the legendary Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee.

The 10th Annual ACM Honors is an evening dedicated to celebrating the special honorees and off-camera category winners from the 51st Academy of Country Music Awards, which aired in April.  The event featured performances by Jason Aldean, Kelsea Ballerini, Dierks Bentley, Luke Bryan, Cam, Toby Keith, Alicia Keys, Miranda Lambert, Maren Morris, Blake Shelton, Cole Swindell, Keith Urban, Chris Young, Dan + Shay, The Band Perry and hosts Lady Antebellum.

Celeb Secrets Country reporter Isabel was on-site at the event to see it live before it airs on CBS in September. Check out what her favorite moments of the night were below!

Seeing Alicia Keys perform tonight was the highlight of August.

Each performance put on my the artists were breathtaking and reminded the crowd why they were on that stage. While it was Lady Antebellum had two jobs at the 10th Annual ACM Honors — hosting and performing. Not only did they put on an amazing performance, but also were the best hosts anyone could have asked for!

One of the most memorable performances of the night was when Miranda Lambert sang Merle Haggard‘s “Misery and Gin,” whose award she won that night. She did a great job honoring Merle and his amazing music, no one deserves the Merle Haggard Spirit Award more than her.

Blake Shelton performed Glen Campbell‘s “Southern Nights,” which is an absolute classic for country music. Blake did a fantastic job singing and left the crowd in awe. Blake was honored to have performed Glen Campbell‘s song because he had such a large impact on the country genre, which is why Campbell was awarded the ACM Career Achievement Award!

Out of all the amazing performances, our absolute favorite was Luke Bryan and Cole Swindell singing Eddie Rabbitt‘s “I Love a Rainy Night!” Eddie Rabbitt won an ACM Poet’s Award, which was well deserved. “I Love a Rainy Night” is in our top ten favorite songs of all time, so to hear that sung by Bryan and Swindell was an amazing experience.

Eddie Rabbitt was one of the best country artists and songwriters of his time, if he were alive today we are sure he would be beyond humbled to have received this award. Eddie‘s daughter accepted the award on behalf of her father; she was glad to see that his music was still affecting so many artists.

Catch the full ACM Honors telecast when it airs for the first time on television Friday, September 9th @ 9PM ET/PT on CBS.
