RaeLynn is so ready for 2018, and we are too.
The country songstress has a JAM PACKED year ahead of her — she’ll be joining Sara Evans and Kalie Shorr on CMT’s 4th Annual Next Women of Country Tour as well as the first country artist to become the face of a Too Faced Cosmetics collection.
And all of this comes as the critically acclaimed singer/songwriter closes a year that will be tough to beat.
Immediately following her dates on the road with label-mate Blake Shelton, 2017 saw RaeLynn on her first headlining “RaVe Tour,” with multiple sold out dates throughout the country including her stop at Mercy Lounge in Nashville. She was nominated for both a Radio Disney Country Award and CMT Music Award and made multiple national TV appearances including performances on ELLEN, Late Night with Seth Meyers and TODAY.
Her years in the making debut album WildHorse catapulted to No. 1 on the Billboard and iTunes Country Albums charts, No. 3 on iTunes All-Genre Albums chart and Top 10 on Billboard’s All-Genre Album Sales Chart upon release, with her hometown of Houston celebrating street day by proclaiming March 24, 2017 as “RaeLynn Day.”
As a Chase Sound Check artist, she was given her first opportunity to perform at the legendary Madison Square Garden in September and was able to spread some holiday cheer in the following months as part of Macy’s 70th Annual Great Tree Lighting in Atlanta and Houston’s 68th Annual Thanksgiving Day Parade.
With 90 million streams, 195,000 track sales and 125,000 album equivalent sales in 2017 alone, RaeLynn is poised to make 2018 one of her best years yet. We can’t wait to see were this journey will take her next year!
