One of our all-time favorite country bands, Midland, just earned their first No. 1 with “Drinkin’ Problem” and celebrated this milestone in the best way possible!

Held at the Sutler in Nashville, band members MarkCameron, and Jess teamed up with ASCAP and Big Machine Records for an epic party filled with friends, family, and press.

Prior to the event, the band, along with legendary songwriters Shane McAnally and Josh Osborne, held a special media session to share the journey they encountered to make the number one single as well as their gratitude for everyone’s support. This was a legendary and humbling moment that we’re sure the band will treasure forever, and CS Country was honored to be apart of it!

For those of you who don’t know, “Drinkin’ Problem” is a tune that appeared on their recent debut album, On The Rocks. The album is one of our favorite albums of the year, as it demonstrates the band’s country roots and pure talent. Cameron, Jess, and Mark’s music is the definition of country — if you like Brooks & Dunn, you’ll LOVE Midland.

Congrats, Midland on your first number one — we can’t wait to see what’s in store for you in the future!
