LISTEN: Midland Release Debut Single “Drinkin’ Problem”

Midland bottles a new brand of traditional Country music in their debut single, “Drinkin’ Problem,” as it officially impacts Country radio with more than 45 stations already spinning the record.

Channeling their “retro-modern” (CMT) influences, lead singer Mark Wystrach, bass player Cameron Duddy and guitarist Jess Carson bring their single to life in the new music video, directed by Duddy.

Watch the narrative throwback here:

“Drinkin’ Problem” serves as the band’s lead single off their self-titled Big Machine Records EP. Midland co-wrote each song on the five-track project, produced by Dann Huff, Shane McAnally and Josh Osborne.

Midland will be opening for Country superstars Tim McGraw and Faith Hill later this year on select dates of their highly-anticipated Soul2Soul World Tour.
