Lauren Alaina is starring in a brand-new film and we cannot be more excited about it!
Just when we thought her No. 1 single “Road Less Traveled” was enough and exceeded our expectations, the country songstress announced this movie that we didn’t know we needed until we saw it.
Picture this: Lauren Alaina playing the main character, Charlotte, who is engaged to her loving fiancé, but has yet to find the perfect dress. What is she to do other than travel back to her home with her two best friends to try and retrieve her past mother’s wedding dress from her overprotective grandmother? While home, she unexpectedly stumbles upon her ex-boyfriend, Ray, which causes emotional trouble. On top of all the stress of finding a wedding dress and running into Ray, Charlotte is pressured by a deadline to write a hit song for an important artist.

Road Less Traveled takes so many unexpected twists and turns that are guaranteed to tug on your heartstrings. We highly recommend seeing the flick as you can expect laughter, tears, and overwhelming joy! Lauren Alaina does an amazing job acting and it feels as if you are out in the country with her character, Charlotte, experiencing all of these various emotions.
