Day 1 — June 8, 2017
10:00 am: Start your day off right by catching Old Dominion at the Chevrolet Riverfront Stage! To prepare for their set, we recommend you listen to their hit songs, “Song For Another Time,” “Break Up With Him,” and of course their current single, “No Such Thing As A Broken Heart!”
11:15 am: No need to even move from the Chevrolet Riverfront Stage because winner of ACM New Male Vocalist, Jon Pardi, is up next! He is absolutely not an act to miss! Some of his best songs are “Dirt On My Boots,” “Head Over Boots,” and a personal favorite, “Heartache On The Dance Floor!”
12:00 pm: One cannot possibly miss the ACM’s New Vocal Duo of the year, Brothers Osborne, at the Chevrolet Riverfront Stage! We hear their stage presence always causes for a great show! Some of our favorite songs by them are “Stay A Little Longer,” “21 Summer,” and “It Ain’t My Fault!”
12:30 pm: Are you a fan of The Bachelorette? If so, don’t miss America’s sweetheart, Luke Pell, at the Chevrolet Park Stage! Who wouldn’t want to see this hunk perform his two newest songs, “Best Thing You’ve Ever Done,” and “Pretty Close”?!
12:45 pm: It may be a tight squeeze, however, but one of our favorite duos, LOCASH, will be performing at the Chevrolet Riverfront Stage! ˇLOCASH are the nicest guys in town and we will always be at any show they have! Its also a perk that they have amazing songs such as “I Know Somebody,” “I Love This Life,” and “Ring on Every Finger.”
1:25 pm: Some of the best harmonies in town are from Smithfield who will performing at Gildan Broadway Stage at Hard Rock Café! If you listen to country music, we are almost positive you have heard their hit song, “Hey Whiskey!” Smithfield are also currently on the SiriusXM Highway Finds Tour, so now is a great opportunity to see them for free!
Be sure to take a lunch and hydration break at some point throughout the day! There are some great food trucks around downtown or some amazing restaurants such as Merchants or Pinewood Social which are both within walking distance of the downtown festivities!
2:15 pm: In December, Kane Brown released an unbelievable album that we cannot get enough of! You can catch his unique and sexy voice at the Chevrolet Riverfront Stage. Kane Brown has a unique country pop feel which are demonstrated through his songs, “What Ifs,” “Used to Love You Sober,” and “Thunder in the Rain!”
2:45 pm: Want to catch a great upcoming country artist? Don’t miss Brandon Ray perform at the Gildan Broadway Stage at Hard Rock Café! We cannot get his song, “American Way,” out of our heads! It is definitely one of our favorite songs to come out in the past year.
3:45 pm: We will not be missing Chris Janson’s performance at the Chevrolet Riverfront Stage this year! You can find us there with a cold beer in our hands singing along to “Buy Me A Boat!”
4:45 pm: Make yourselves comfortable at the Chevrolet Riverfront Stage because Chase Rice is up next! We have seen Chase Rice perform live before, and it is not a show to miss! We are constantly jamming out to “Gonna Wanna Tonight” and “Ready Set Roll!”
Now would be a good time to relax and cool off a little bit at some bars downtown such as Big Shotz or The Valentine before the big show at Nissan Stadium!
8:30 pm: The first night’s lineup for Nissan Stadium is unbelievable! One cannot possibly miss seeing Brett Eldredge, Cole Swindell, Dierks Bentley, Miranda Lambert, and of course, Luke Bryan! These acts are unbelievable and call for an unforgettable night.
