Since this weekend will be filled with food, family and friends in celebration of Easter, Trisha Yearwood pre-taped her weekly T’s Coffee Talk from her home in Nashville with the help from husband, Garth Brooks, as he manned the camera.
Trisha had her good friend Sarah open the talk up dressed in a full Easter bunny costume, which “transformed” into Mandy when she entered the room. The girls each shared their Easter plans; Trisha plans on making her ham with potato salad and Mandy unforgivingly admits she’ll be participating in an Easter egg hunt without any kids. Trisha giggles, “We’re immature, so we get to have our own!”
As not to break the Coffee Talk tradition, Trisha posted the chat on her Facebook as a lead in to this Saturday’s episode of Trisha’s Southern Kitchen called “Par-T-Que”. Trisha invited her girlfriends for a day of barbecue, cocktails and games, and whipped up Potato Salad, her Cousin Fred’s Barbecue Pork Ribs, Cherry Moscow Mules and Butterscotch Pie.
