We’re only a few months in to the new year and 2017 is looking bright for singer/songwriter Chase Bryant.

The RED BOW Records recording artist just wrapped up a guest hosting gig with Los Angeles’ Go Country 105 (KKGO), where he talked about the latest music on-air, shared personal stories and experiences with listeners, and dished on the current country news remotely from Nashville. In addition, the 24-year-old has been on the road performing his steamy new single “Room To Breathe,” as he is opening for Brad Paisley on the Life Amplified World Tour.

“We’ve been touring with Brad Paisley the last couple of weeks,” Bryant told us during our interview at Country Radio Seminar. “We started touring with him about two weeks ago and we’ll be spending about the next portion of the year out with him. We’re staying busy on the road!”

He even spilled a hilarious (yet adorable) secret from performing:

“The other night I was going on stage, and people always make fun of my tight pants, and apparently my pants had been tailored for a girl at the ankles. Something wasn’t feeling right, my ankles were really hurting and then I realized how tight they were. I tried to take them off, and I could not get these pants off of me! It was 15 minutes until show time and it took every bit of probably 13 or 14 minutes, my tour manager was there to rip them off. We were on every radio channel possible on our little radios to try to get a hold of somebody who had scissors or a knife, and finally we got a hold of somebody. They rushed the scissors to the bus and got them off, I made it to stage with another pair of jeans and thankfully my ankles are still attached.”

While touring, Bryant has been hard at work making more music in hopes of releasing a full-length record sometime soon. “The new material is along the same lines of “Little Bit Of You” because it’s so current. Other than that, it sounds like me!” Chase shared. “As of now, I’ve written everything we’ve cut so I’ve had fun with that. It makes my mark a little more broad in the sense that I know about what I’m singing.”

The reason why Chase Bryant is one of our favorite rising country artists on the market right now is not only because of his incredibly catchy music, but also because he makes time to meet with all of his supporters and is always grateful for everything he is presented with.

On February 20th, Bryant released a video on Twitter highlighting the time he spent with his fan Erin. For those of you who don’t know, Erin just had a brain aneurism and has been trying to meet the “Room to Breathe” singer for quite some time.

“I met her at a show outside of Philadelphia at a ski resort, it was just a radio show. Her mom had come up to me, kind of begging for a picture, and I could tell something was up and she had just told me that her daughter, Erin, who was in the picture, had just had a brain aneurism, and that she had always wanted to meet me and had never had the chance to. It was a goal of hers. I invited Erin- I got her, and her parents, and her friend tickets to a show, whatever show they wanted to go to, and they said they were going to be close to up in Pennsylvania. So they came out to the show, and what she didn’t know was that I was going to have my dressing room set up as a jam room. I invited Erin back, I played a couple of songs for her before the show, and then I gave her a guitar I had signed, just to make more of an experience for her. She had no idea! It was a big night for her. I was very thankful she was able to be there. I felt like I was giving back to something that was a bigger power than me so I was very grateful for that and very grateful for her. I always to be able to give back and help others out.”

After hearing about his incredible encounter with Erin and learning that more music is on the way, there’s no question as to why he was CS Country’s first man crush!
