Happy New Music, country fans!
To help you kick off the weekend, Celeb Secrets Country carefully crafted a playlist that might be stronger than your happy hour whiskey on the rocks. As you sit back to take the edge off, we encourage you to turn up the volume and appreciate the fresh tracks from Nashville newcomers to honky-tonk legends.
Country breakout star HARDY has placed his name on music radars nationwide for his party-like bangers, such as “One Beer,” “REDNECKER,” and more. However, what made him stand out amongst the rest was his brilliant two-part record, HIXTAPE. It was 2019 when he wrapped up HIXTAPE: Vol 1., which featured a star-studded lineup. Although, most recently, the singer topped off his critically-acclaimed HIXTAPE: Vol 2. collection with hitmaker Morgan Wallen and Foo Fighters’ Chris Shiflett.
The fan-favorite musicians released “Goin’ Nowhere,” a gritty anthem highlighting their small-town upbringings. Wallen and HARDY alternate and tackle well-written verses throughout the country-rock track as Shiflett back their twangy vocals with buzz-worthy guitar riffs.
While we may have the 14-track project on repeat, we are also listening to other singer-songwriters that produced ear-worm pieces. For example – “Stop Coming Over” by Chris Lane, Tim McGraw’s “The Cowboy In Me,” “Whiskey Me Away” by Jason Aldean, Blake Shelton’s and HARDY’S potential chart-topping banger “Fire Up The Night” and of course, the sweet holiday duet “There’s A New Kid In Town” featuring icon Randy Travis and rising star, Drew Parker.
Other musicians like MacKenzie Porter, Joe Nichols, Smithfield, Sam Feldt, Rita Ora, Kidd G, Shawn Austin, Monarch Cast, Renee Blair, Honey County and Trace Adkins caught our eye with their new releases!
