Southern rocker Ashland Craft released her new single “Two Wildflowers and a Box of Wine” today, and she declares it the “closest thing” she has to a love song, with lines such as “I’ll be all your’s and you can be all mine.” “We wanted it to be a very light, carefree, but also rockin’ song”, Craft tells us, saying it’s the closest thing she has to a love song “without it being sappy.”
Staying true to her southern rock roots, Craft mentions that her latest single draws from her southern rock influences but is a song that can appeal to both men and women, purposely avoiding the “man bashing session” style of some female-driven love songs. Written by Craft, along side Jonathan Singleton and Rob Snyder, she says that “Two Wildflowers and a Box of Wine” is “easy, digestible, and fun to listen to” and represents a bit of a newer side to her style of music as well.

Since appearing in the Top 10 of NBC’s hit singing competition The Voice, Craft says that her life has been “completely different.” The soulful vocalist has toured with Luke Combs and Morgan Wallen, and has most recently appeared on Hardy‘s album with her collaboration on the track “So Close”.
