Craig Campbell raised awareness for colorectal cancer in the best way possible — a cornhole challenge filled with celebrities, great food, and even better drinks!

Taking place outside Nashville’s City Winery during the 2018 CMA Music Festival, Craig Campbell’s 6th Annual Celebrity Cornhole Challenge scored with plenty of cornhole action – a bag-toss game popular with tailgaters all around the nation – plus a celebrity cast which featured Campbell and his wife Mindy, Russell Dickerson, Lindsay Ell, Walker Hayes, Brett Kissel, NASCAR driver Scott Lagasse, Jr., LOCASH, Tegan Marie, Morgan Mills, Jerrod Niemann, Taylor Phillips, Dee Jay Silver, The Cadillac Three and Brett Young.

The event was an overall success for Craig; he raised money for Fight CRC — an organization that he is truly passionate about — AND took home first place in the competition!

“When I started the event six years ago, I didn’t dream of it to be like this because it couldn’t. Year one I just wanted to do this to honor my dad. So the older I got, the more I learned that had he knew what I know now about colon cancer, there would be a good chance that he would still be here today,” Campbell told CS Country on the red carpet. “So my mission is to just spread the word. And the fact that you, my celebrity friends, and my country music family showed up is pretty special. It makes me feel good to know that I have friends in the business that want to help me out with this great cause.”
