2017 has been an exciting year for Southern Halo!

The Mississippi natives have traveled a long way to Nashville and are winning over hearts of country music fans as the days go by. Their country, pop, and rock feel reflect perfectly on their enormous personalities!

Sisters Natalia, Christina, and Hannah just wrapped a string of shows in Europe and had a blast meeting all of their fans in the UK. “When we released our first CD, we had really great responses from everybody overseas. Because of our amazing fan base in Europe, we were able to tour there during this season. It was absolutely crazy.” Christina says.

Just recently, the girls released their newest single “Living Like That” along with the music video for the infectious tune.

“We were so excited to release ‘Living Like That’ because its what we’re feeling about the rest of 2017,” Natalia says. “It talks about letting your hair down, having fun in life, and not being that typical person that everyone is set to be. Overcoming obstacles and not letting anyone get in your way!”

Since the song is about overcoming obstacles and not letting anyone get in your way, we asked the girls what obstacles they’ve faced this year during our interview at Country Radio Seminar

“Musically, my biggest obstacle is that I might not sound that big, but cable-wise, whenever we play, cables go out and its very stressful! We switched to wireless now,” Christina says.

“The biggest obstacle for Southern Halo, there are not many! We’re just in it for the fun and we get to do it as sisters! We don’t really think of them as obstacles, but learning points! You always have a chance to learn from your mistakes, and that’s what this is all about,” Natalia adds.
