Mo Pitney Releases Debut Album “Behind This Guitar” Today

Mo Pitney unveils his debut album Behind This Guitar today, October 7.

“All I ever wanted to do in life was to simply write and play songs for a living,” Mo explains. “Today represents the start of a new journey for me where I can share more of what’s in my mind and my heart.”  Pitney, a proficient writer, co-penned 10 of the 12 tracks on the album.

The country singer also has made quite a few fans at the world-famous Grand Ole Opry, being selected for inclusion in their 9.0 series. Pitney will be celebrating the Opry’s birthday this Saturday, October 8th, headlining the plaza show from 5 to 6pm, and appearing on both the early and late editions of the event.
