Luke Combs rocked the stage tonight at Nashville’s Assembly Hall with a high-energy performance of “Cold as You” at the 2021 CMT Music Awards.

This smash hit from Combs’ 2020 deluxe album What You See Ain’t Always What You Get was a quick party starter at the event. Written alongside Shane Minor, Randy Montana, and Johnathan Singleton, the catchy lyrics written by these men did not disappoint on stage, as a high energy and high passion performance was delivered!

Fans of the song know this ballad tells the tale of a honky-tonk bar that serves as the perfect spot for a man who has endured an ice-cold breakup, but tonight, sulking over an ex is the last thing on Combs’ mind.
