Calling all Bravoholics!🍸

We might just have a new franchise on our hands, as rumors are swirling about a new group of leading ladies out of music city filming a secret project.

One Tree Hill alum Jana Kramer sparked speculation when she took to social media to tease an upcoming project. “About today…any guesses?!!,” says Kramer on her personal Instagram account alongside her two-year-old son, Jace.

While several reality TV enthusiasts immediately jumped to conclusion and assumed that Andy Cohen was the mastermind behind Kramer’s strategic post, a source exclusively told Us Weekly that there’s no ‘official’ plan for a reality show – yet.

“There is a Housewives-style show filming in Nashville, that includes [Luke Bryan’s wife] Caroline Boyer and Jana Kramer  in the cast,” says the secret source. “It is still being shopped around and has not been picked up yet.”

It’s no surprise that Kramer is working on a housewives-inspired show, as she auditioned for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills to be a “friend” of Teddi Mellencamp in 2020. However, she recently put the rumors to rest on her podcast, Whine Down with Jana Kramer and Michael Caussin.

During the podcast episode, she shared that she was asked to film for The Real Housewives of Nashville, but turned it down “three times.”

“The only reason I entertained the one with Teddi [Mellencamp Arroyave] was because it could be fun to be someone’s sidekick, fun buddy that just kind of come in,” she adds. “When they were trying to cast The Real Housewives of Nashville and they were interested in me as one of the characters I was just like ‘No.’ I don’t like girl drama, I don’t want to be a part of it, don’t want to feed into it… it’s not me, I don’t like it.”

While the drama-filled Bravo Housewives franchise may not be for her, it doesn’t mean she isn’t filming something similar. “We are not saying no to reality TV, we know a lot of people have asked us to do a reality show, it’s just about what kind of show it is because I don’t want it to be like attacking girls,” says the country singer on her podcast. “I’m fine with them coming in, seeing our marriage, you know the ins and outs and how we kind of work through it, but still showing the drama.”

Jana Kramer and Caroline Boyer might not be the only familiar faces we see on the upcoming housewives-inspired show, as Jason Aldean’s wife Brittany and his sister, Kasi Wicks may play a vital role.

“I’ve read a lot of things about myself over these years,” says Brittany on her Instagram Stories. “One being that I am a conspiracy theorist. Another being that me and Jason have marital issues and now, apparently, I’m on The Real Housewives of Nashville. Apparently, it’s new. It was apparently filming going on that I am unaware of. Fake news strikes again, It would be entertaining thoooo.”

To Celeb Secrets Country, it sounds like Brittany Aldean is beating around the bush, as she did not shoot down the widespread rumors. Other possible cast members that shared pictures of themselves with camera crews include – Jimmie Allen’s wife Alexis Allen, Tyler Rich’s wife Sabina Rich, and Dee Jay Silver’s wife Jenna Perdue.
