Carrie Underwood wins her 2nd Entertainer of the Year Award – 2010

On the heels of her first Entertainer of the Year win in 2009, Carrie Underwood returned to the ACM stage with five nominations from her third studio album, Play On. While she lost the first four awards to be announced, her fans made her triumphant with her second Entertainer of the Year Award – and beat out Kenny Chesney, Toby Keith, Brad Paisley, George Strait, Taylor Swift, Keith Urban and Zac Brown Band. Her excitement was contagious as she ran up to the stage hugging her fellow nominees, mentioning her phone buzzing in her clutch and warning Kimberly Williams-Paisley that the make-up on Brad was just from her excitement.
