The 2019 CMT Music Awards are taking over Music City, airing LIVE from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville beginning at 8/7c on CMT.

Whether you scored an invite or hosting a watch party with your friends, tonight’s show is expected to be the biggest CMT Awards yet. With a star-studded lineup of performers, exciting collaborations and talented nominees, the ceremony will be the BEST two and a half hours not only of your week, but ALL summer.

When are the CMT Music Awards?

The 2019 CMT Music Awards air TONIGHT, June 5th @ 8/7c on CMT. They are taking place LIVE from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville.

Who is hosting the ceremony?

Little Big Town are expected to bring the laughs, harmonies, and so much more as they are tapped to emcee the two and a half hour telecast. The group has graced the “CMT Music Awards” stage as both hosts and honorees, with three past wins in the “Group Video of the Year” category and multiple show-stopping performances over the years. 2019 also marks the second consecutive time the band has hosted the annual show.

Who is nominated?

This year, 14 acts are in the running for the highly coveted “Video of the Year” award, including Carrie Underwood, who reigns as the most awarded artist in CMT Music Awards history with 18 wins. The top five “Video of the Year” nominees were announced this morning, and YOU are able to vote all day and throughout the show on Twitter to determine the winner.
