You may remember Todd O’Neill as a finalist in the NASH Next Challenge, which was a nation-wide talent competition announced by Reba McEntire last summer. The competition conducted local searches for emerging artists, with additional national participation made possible through Cumulus’ digital properties and syndicated country shows. After going through multiple rounds, O’Neill won the entire competition, receiving national radio airplay on Cumulus Media radio stations, a recording contract with Big Machine Label Group and an original song produced by Jay DeMarcus, one third of supergroup Rascal Flatts.

Since winning the competition, O’Neill has been working hard in the studio to develop his “pure Louisiana soul” sound, which resulted in the release of his debut single “Love Again.” Todd’s charming personality and unique sound differentiates him from all other country artists.

Celeb Secrets Country had the opportunity to sit down and talk with O’Neill about his newest single, “Love Again,” which has such a fantastic story behind it, and how his life has changed since winning the NASH Next Challenge.
