Celeb Secrets Country: Tell us about how you got started in this industry?
Parker McKay: “I don’t know where to start. I was like 4, so I’ve just known since then and it’s been baby steps the whole way through I guess.”
Celeb Secrets Country: How was the move from the Northeast to down South?
Parker McKay: “It’s warmer for sure. It’s just a closely different pace. It’s a lot faster up there. It’s fast here too, but it’s just in a different way. I definitely needed to come down here for the music scene because I was living in New York and [it’s] really fizzling out up there. A lot of the clubs are closing and there’s not really a big music community, so I had to be in Nashville so I could be writing 5-6 days a week with a lot of people who are in the know.”
