CSC Predicts: This may be the toughest category to predict. 2016 was huge for women in country. Kelsea had three consecutive number ones. Miranda released a double album. Maren took the country world by storm. And Carrie had her most successful tour yet. That being said, the woman Billboard named ‘country music’s reigning Queen’, — aka Carrie Underwood, is our pick this year.
