You first met the blonde spunky country singer, Raelynn when she appeared on NBC’s The Voice as a contestant attached to Blake Shelton’s team. Raelynn was unfortunately eliminated during the quarterfinals, but her career took off after the show ended, signing a record deal with Republic Nashville.

Under the label she released a five-song EP in 2015, and had three chart-topping singles in the top fifty on Country Radio including, ‘God Made Girls’, which hit number seven. She was also featured on two of fellow Voice mentor, Blake Shelton’s tunes for ‘Boys Around Here’ and ‘Buzzin’.

Raelynn has announced that she will be parting ways with Big Machine Label Group as an artist, but will continue on the label as a songwriter. Rest assure, she has no hard feelings towards the label that launched her career and thankful for all the success they helped drive.

Other recent BMLG artist departures include The Band Perry and Waterloo Revival.

We won’t be hearing the record that Raelynn has been working on under Big Machine, but she says that there is plenty of new music on the way! Celeb Secrets Country can not wait to see the new journey she takes with her departure.

Raelynn has been nominated for a Radio Disney #RDMA for Favorite Country Song surrounding her tune, ‘God Made Girls’. Tune into the award show on May 1st on Disney Channel to find out if she will take home the win.
