Chris Young and Kane Brown took the 55th Annual CMA Awards stage yesterday (Nov. 10) to perform their No. 1 hit “Famous Friends.”
The duo became the life of the party with their upbeat song. And even though their performance got people on their feet and dancing, the real star of the show was the fun-filled background flashing behind them as they sang.
During the song, Young and Brown took a trip back down memory lane, showing some of their most famous friends in the audience’s high school yearbook pictures along with class superlatives that were very on point.
Blake Shelton was given “most likely to make the mullet famous;” Dierks Bentley was “most likely to sleep through a job interview;” Carrie Underwood was “most likely to get rich, famous, and married to a hot guy;” and Ashley McBryde was “most likely to make it as a professional musician.”
Brown and Young even made the list, with Brown being tapped as “most likely to win a push-up contest” and Young being “most likely to have a lot of famous friends.”
