Temecula Road are making some big moves this summer!
The harmony-driven trio packed their belongings from their hometown of Temecula, CA and drove across the country to Nashville where they are currently residing. With Music City’s resources at their fingertips, Maddie, Emma and Dawson have been honing their craft and releasing new tunes all summer, proving extreme growth while showcasing their extraordinary talents.
“This batch of new music is definitely more mature and it shows our grown up selves,” Maddie tells Celeb Secrets Country.
Dawson continues, “It’s been an awesome road and process. We’ve grown so much and there’s been so many changes. We’re so hands on with the music now and we are really excited because this is the first time that we feel one million percent into these new songs.”
Fans can get an even closer look to their new music with the release of their new song “Never Knew I Needed You,” which is out on all streaming platforms now.
The vibey new track, written by the trio’s Dawson Anderson, along with Ben Goldsmith and Lindsay Rimes and produced by Andrew DeRoberts (Devin Dawson, Kip Moore, Eli Young Band, Jillian Jacqueline), is their second new song of the summer, a follow-up to “Fades” which hit No. 3 on Radio Disney Country’s Top 50 Chart.
“This song embodies that familiar saying of love finds you when you least expect it,” says the trio’s Dawson Anderson. “When writing it, we tried to capture that feeling of love hitting you out of nowhere.”
Later this month Temecula Road will be hitting the road, opening for Tyler Rich on west coast dates — Bakersfield, CA (8/22), Grass Valley (8/23), and Marysville, CA (8/24). You can get a behind-the-scenes look at the band’s upcoming shows by connecting with them on Instagram at @temecularoad.
