Over the past few years, the city of Nashville has emerged in so many ways with the biggest ones being the beauty and fashion scenes.
When it comes to hair and makeup, The Dry House tops the list of the best salons in Music City. Located in Green Hills, the prestige blowout salon offers top-notch services and classic southern hospitality. The business is led by frontrunner and beauty vet Ali Ryan and the team’s looks are loved by some of the biggest names in country music and even me, Juliet Schroder.
The Dry House glammed me out last month for the 2019 CMT Music Awards and the results were absolutely stunning. Seriously, I was speechless after seeing the finished product!
With natural-inspired looks being the absolute rage on red carpets, my request included tight waves for the rainy, humid day. Stylist Kayla Logoleo delivered more than expected, making my hair look effortless while sticking to the traditional “big hair” country gals rock on the red carpet and beyond.
To complete the look, makeup artist Julia Bedeaux matched Logoleo’s work with glam that made everyone’s heads turn the minute it was complete. With contour and concealer in all the right places, the young beauty pro topped things off with a soft smoky eye, a pop of pink shadow on my lower lash line and a pinkish nude lip.
With glam that good, I needed an outfit to make just as much noise on the blue carpet and Any Old Iron was the brand of choice.

Known for wanting to make stars “stun” on stage with sequin-filled suits, dresses and more, it’s no surprise that stars like Taylor Swift, Elton John and even Beyoncé turn to Clancey for some of their most iconic looks.

Paired with a simple bandeau and sandals, the sequin power suit was hands down the best outfit I’ve ever worn and made me feel like a total girl boss while interviewing some of the night’s nominees and performers on the blue carpet.
