Proving he is “The Difference,” Tyler’s new single is No. 1 most-added to station playlists, offering an official introduction to the Northern California heartthrob.
The message immediately struck a chord with Tyler the first time he heard the Rhett Akins, Ben Burgess, Devin Dawson and Jacob Durrett collaboration.
“’The Difference’ perfectly describes the relationship with my fiancée. In fact, I’m kind of bummed I didn’t write this one but I’m grateful these guys let me have it,” he joked. “We travel a lot for our jobs and often aren’t in the same cities. I used to text her ‘love ya’ and she would say “you mean I love you?” I never knew the difference before her and now it is so obvious looking back.”
