VOCAL GROUP OF THE YEAR: Lady Antebellum; Little Big Town; Old Dominion; Rascal Flatts; Zac Brown Band
WHO WE THINK WILL WIN: Every group in this category is extremely talented and deserves to be nominated for this award. If we were to choose though, we feel that Little Big Town will keep up their winning streak for this category. Old Dominion is certainly a one to watch, however, we feel that their time to shine will be 2018.

VOCAL DUO OF THE YEAR: Brothers Osborne; Dan + Shay; Florida Georgia Line; LOCASH; Maddie & Tae
WHO WE THINK WILL WIN: When I hear vocal duo of the year, I automatically think of Florida Georgia Line. These guys are literally on top of the world right now, however, they still find time for their friends, family, and music. Brothers Osborne did upset FGL’s winning streak at last year’s show, so we’re not completely ruling them out for winning this title for the second year in a row.
MUSICAL EVENT OF THE YEAR (Award goes to each Artist): “Craving You” – Thomas Rhett featuring Maren Morris; “Funny How Time Slips Away” – Glen Campbell with Willie Nelson; “Kill A Word” – Eric Church featuring Rhiannon Giddens; “Setting the World on Fire” – Kenny Chesney with P!nk; “Speak to a Girl” – Tim McGraw & Faith Hill
WHO WE THINK WILL WIN: All of these collaborations are true masterpieces. If we had to choose who will win this award, we feel that Glen Campbell and Willie Nelson will take it for “Funny How Time Slips Away.” We also believe that the CMA will honor Campbell after his tragic death earlier this year.
