Taylor Swift takes headlines again and we can’t say we’re surprised.

The artist appears to send a few hidden messages in her new single, “Look What You Made Me Do,” But what exactly are they? Fans begin to speculate the meaning behind the music and the rest is history.

Some believe she’s referencing her feud with rapper, Kanye West & wife Kim Kardashian. Others argue it’s directed towards her ex-bestie pop singer, Katy Perry. We can see the confusion with lyrics like, “I don’t like your little games. I Don’t like your tilted stage. The role you made me play, Of the fool, no I don’t like you.”

Could the single be about the price of fame? Swift refers to herself as, “dead,” in the single, which caused even more debate. The world may never know, but one thing we know for sure- Taylor isn’t crying anymore teardrops on her guitar.
