“Act Like A Lady” has a Carrie Underwood feel with Culley’s unique twist on it. The lyrics are absolutely genius and are so empowering to women by showing their equality and strength.

On top of releasing a new song, Culley recorded a duet with Darius Rucker called “Life On The Line,” which is the theme song for the new Lionsgate film starring John Travolta. Talk about a big deal!
Celeb Secrets Country caught up with Culley recently to chat about being a British country artist in the States, “Act Like A Lady,” and working with Darius Rucker. This British powerhouse has a voice that will take you away, and we predict to see big things from Fiona in the future.

Celeb Secrets Country: How do you think being a British country artist differs from the traditional America country artist we picture in The States?
Fiona: “I didn’t get to grow up listening to country radio in England so I’ve had a lot of catching up to do.”
Celeb Secrets Country: At what point in your life did you decide that you wanted to be a country artist?
Fiona: “I’ve always loved music, I’ve been singing pretty much all my life. My father introduced me to country music and I fell in love with the story telling.”
Celeb Secrets Country: What made you choose “Act Like A Lady” to be your single?
Fiona: “”Act Like A Lady” always felt like the obvious first ‘date’ for me.. it’s strong, powerful, and a little cheeky.”
Celeb Secrets Country: Can you tell us what it was like to write and record with Darius Rucker?
Fiona: “It was so humbling to be with able to work with such a talent. He made everything seem effortless.”
Celeb Secrets Country: What can we expect from your upcoming EP?
Fiona: “A journey.. from happy to sad and back again.”
Celeb Secrets Country: How would you describe your sound for someone who hasn’t heard you yet?
Fiona: “Country with a side of soul.”
Celeb Secrets Country: Since we are Celeb Secrets Country, do you have a secret about yourself that you would like to share with us?
Fiona: “I got a gold medal in line dancing when I was 8 years old.”
