Kelsea’s red carpet look showed a little bit of an edgy side with the unexpected sleeve in this Versus Versace dress – though she kept it playful with the pink shoes!

“We are getting closer to Kelsea’s second album release, so I wanted to show her growth as an artist through fashion,” said Kelsea’s stylist, Krista Roser.
