CS Country: Have your parents been supportive?

Caroline Jones: “The great thing is that every parent really wants their child to be happy, ultimately. And my parents know and have realized over the years that this is the most authentic version of me. This is how I’m happy, doing this. And that’s what a parent really wants. So I would that anyone who wants to do music and maybe their parents don’t approve or more likely their parents are just nervous that it’s a hard road for the kid, I would encourage those kids to be emblematic and demonstrate the joy and the passion for what you do. Show people how happy and authentic you are and people will support it. Because that’s what they really want for you.”

CS Country: What do you think is your biggest accomplishment to date?

Caroline Jones: “I think my biggest accomplishment to date is, honestly it sounds cheesy, but anyone who’s been touched or resonated with my music. That’s what it’s all about. And that will happen on a bigger scale, a bigger platform, but that’s all I’m about. Being authentic, and writing from my heart.”

CS Country: Since we are Celeb Secrets Country, do you have a fun fact or secret about yourself that nobody knows?

Caroline Jones: “I make my own chocolate. First, I get the unsweetened raw cocoa and butter, and then melt it down. I love to be healthy, so I add all these healthy ingredients but it’s still sweet so I use alternative sweeteners. I make it in big batches so I can eat it for a long time.” (laughs)
