Celeb Secrets Country: If you were to open your Spotify, who would be the last 3 artists that were played?

David Fanning: “Let me open it and see… this might be embarrassing, hang on. Jon Bellion, The Chainsmokers, and oh, Parmalee. Because I produce them and we were in the studio this weekend working on a new song and they wanted something a little more “Carolina”-ish, so I got on there and listened to how we did Carolina the first time.”

Celeb Secrets Country: What has been your most embarrassing moment?

David Fanning: “Oh my goodness. I got pantsed in front of a coffee shop. It was when I was younger, 15 or so, and my band thought it would be funny to pants me in front of this glass coffee shop, full, and they ended up not just getting my shorts, the entire thing. Hopefully cell phones weren’t as popular back then.”

Celeb Secrets Country: Tell us about your dream date and the dream girl on it!

David Fanning: “I think for me, the dream date is just finding the right person to be on that date with. It could be as simple as just going somewhere and chilling, it doesn’t matter to me. But my dream date, I want to go to New Zealand, girl wise…whoever wants to go. Someone who is a genuine person with a good heart.”

Celeb Secrets Country: What is the most romantic thing you have ever done?

David Fanning: “I’m a romantic, a hopeless romantic. I was 18 and I dated this girl I thought I was going to marry. It was Valentine’s Day and I rented this whole horse and buggy carriage, got tons and tons of roses, and we did a whole little tour of this area down in Alabama and dinner and all that stuff.”
