Morgan Wallen has done so much since being on The Voice. The singer/songwriter released his new EP The Way I Talk this summer, and we’ve been spinning it on our country playlists ever since.
Wallen’s hit single and lead track “The Way I Talk” is a perfect example of what you should expect from the rest of his EP; a fantastic listen. If you haven’t purchased a copy yet off iTunes, Celeb Secrets Country highly recommends doing so because Morgan Wallen is going to be the next big thing.

“The Way I Talk” – “The Way I Talk” perfectly demonstrates Wallen‘s amazing vocals and his pride of his southern heritage. The country track has a unique sound to it which makes Morgan Wallen stick out from other artists. We’re so intrigued to see what music he will be releasing in the future.
“Chain Smokin'”– “Chain Smokin'” is so well worded and is a song that we cannot get out of our heads. It is a whole new way of expressing his attraction and draw towards someone. It is such a sexy song, no other song on country radio is like “Chain Smokin’.”
“Whiskey Glasses”– Can we turn this song off? Absolutely not. This song can hit home for every person who listens to it, and we can guarantee you that this will be stuck in your head after your first listen. Not only is it a brand new melody like nothing we’ve ever heard, but it is perfectly produced. The instrumentals are balanced so well with his vocals that it enhances his voice rather than take away from it.
“Stand Out”– If you like Thomas Rhett, you will love “Stand Out”! His vocals are very similar and the theme behind this song reminds me of “Die A Happy Man.” This is such an adorable love song and we cannot get enough of it. We predict this being many couples’ first dance song at their wedding.
“American Nights”– This is our new end-of-summer anthem, it is perfect for driving around at night and to belt along too. The chorus to “American Nights” is unforgettable and a perfect small town song. What a perfect song to close out an unbelievable EP!
