Blake Shelton, Kelly Clarkson, Luke Bryan and Sam Hunt to Perform at the 2018 CMT Music Awards

The first round of performers for the 2018 CMT Music Awards have been announced!

CMT confirmed this morning that Blake SheltonChris Stapleton, Kelly Clarkson, Kelsea BalleriniLuke Bryan and Sam Hunt will all perform at this year’s show that is taking place at the Bridgestone Arena in Downtown Nashville.

During the show, Kelly Clarkson will premiere her rendition of iconic rock hit, “American Woman,” the theme of the upcoming Paramount Network series of the same title debuting the day after the Awards. While there’s no mention of what the other artists are performing, we’re sure they are going to be bringing some of their biggest hits to the CMT Awards stage.

2018 CMT Music Awards: Winner Predictions

Fans will be able to see their favorite artists compete for some of the biggest awards of the night, including “Video of the Year,” “Male Video of the Year,” “Female Video of the Year,”, “Duo Video of the Year,” “Group Video of the Year,” “Breakthrough Video of the Year,” “Collaborative Video of the Year” and “CMT Performance of the Year.” The nominees were announced last week and Blake Shelton, Brett Young, Brothers Osborne, Carrie Underwood featuring LudacrisDan + Shay, Jason Aldean, Kane Brown featuring Lauren Alaina, Kelsea Ballerini, Luke Combs and Thomas Rhett are among the star-studded nominees.
