Cole Swindell Will Release New Single “Stay Downtown” on September 4

On the heels of notching his record-breaking seventh consecutive No. 1 single with “Flatliner,” Platinum-selling recording artist Cole Swindell releases the fourth single, “Stay Downtown,” from his Platinum-certified sophomore album You Should Be Here.

“Stay Downtown,” written by Cole Taylor and Matt Dragstrem, ships to radio Monday, August 21 and will go for official radio adds September 4.

“What a week!” said Cole Swindell. “Not only did I get the amazing news that ‘Flatliner’ went No. 1, but now I get to let my fans know that my new single ‘Stay Downtown’ will go to radio on Monday. Even though I am not a writer on this song I knew the first time I heard it I had to have it.  Can’t wait to start doing this every night in my set!”

“Cole Swindell has proven that he is one of country music’s premiere hit-makers with a historical seven No. 1’s in a row,” said Warner Music Nashville SVP Radio & Streaming Kristen Williams. “Not only that, but Cole is one of the most genuine and thoughtful artists on the planet!  The industry and fans alike have fully embraced him and we couldn’t be more excited to continue his rise to superstardom with ‘Stay Downtown.’”

Swindell wraps up Dierks Bentley’s 2017 WHAT THE HELL WORLD TOUR on September 2 in Greenwood Village, CO.
