Congrats, Chris Lane!

The breakout star was surprised with a GOLD record plaque for his debut No. 1 single “Fix” during his performance on the Rhythm & Roots Tour Saturday night (September 17) in Indianapolis, IN.

Saturday night was his final night opening for Rascal Flatts and Kelsea Ballerini, and it sure was a memorable one.

The plaque, commemorating 500,000 sales and streams of Lane’s smash debut hit, was presented by Rascal Flatts in an onstage ceremony that followed Lane’s set and had the boisterous crowd roaring with applause.

“I’m excited to reach this milestone,” shared Lane. “I love seeing people show up and sing along to ‘Fix.’ This means that people are listening and believing in me, I don’t take that for granted.”

“Fix,” which marked Lane’s first #1 at Country radio, hit #1 on the CMT Hot 20 Countdown this week, leading into his late-night TV debut September 28 on NBC’s Late Night With Seth Meyers.

“Fix” is off Lane’s debut album Girl Problemsavailable now.
