Yesterday, Saturday Night Live announced its line up of hosts and musical guests for April and country singer songwriter Margo Price was among the list!
Oscar winner Russell Crowe will be making his SNL hosting debut April 9 with Margo Price performing. This will be the first time the show will welcome another country act to its stage since Chris Stapelton‘s performance back in January.
Not many country stars make the cut for the comedy sketch show, but Price will now join Keith Urban, Carrie Underwood, Taylor Swift, Lady Antebellum, Blake Shelton, Zac Brown Band, and Chris Stapleton.
Price took to Twitter saying, “Wildest dreams coming true.”
Price just released her debut album Midwest Farmer’s Daughter on Jack White’s Label Third Man Records earlier this week.
